A licensed Architect and General Contractor with a Masters Degree in Architecture, Joseph Duda, the company owner, has been involved in the management, design, and administration of architecture and construction for over 25 years, responsible for built projects valued at almost 2 billion dollars.

Joseph is the former President and part owner of a large California Construction Management firm that directed the design and construction of public facilities, mostly educational, including the $115 million Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District's ES Reconstruction Program and Murrieta Valley Unified School District's $180 million Capital Improvements Program.   Joseph functioned as Program Director for both efforts.  As Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager, he directed over $1 billion of new construction and renovation projects for the Los Angeles Unified School District. In addition, Joseph has owned and operated several corporations, including a graphics and photography business, a mid-sized construction organization in Los Angeles, and, currently, an architecture/consulting firm.
Joseph began his architectural career by obtaining a Masters degree from UCLA's Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning.  After that, he had the privilege of working with the world-renowned and cutting-edge architecture firms of Morphosis, Charles Moore and the Urban Innovations Group, Eric Owen Moss, and Daniel, Mann, Johnson and Mendenhall (DMJM).

In combination with his architectural efforts, Joseph has been utilizing healing, telepathic, organizing, psychic, and speaking skills for over 30 years working with groups to manifest positive change on the Planet.  He currently maintains a practice as an Architect, Consultant, and Builder for residential, community, and other projects, specializing in a holistic and regenerative approach to building with the Earth incorporating local historical considerations, refined building functionality, and client-responsive service.
